ROSOrin Pro is a versatile robotic platform developed by Hiwonder for advanced ROS education. Building on the strong mobility of ROSOrin, it further integrates a 3D depth camera and a 6DOF robotic arm, extending its capabilities into three-dimensional space. This allows it to easily handle 3D grasping and transport tasks while meeting advanced research and development needs from environmental perception to physical manipulation.
ROSOrin Pro is equipped with high-performance hardware, including Jetson, Raspberry Pi, a TOF LiDAR, a 3D depth camera, and an AI voice interaction module. It supports a wide range of applications such as motion control, mapping and navigation, path planning, tracking and obstacle avoidance, and voice interaction. Combined with map-based sandbox scenarios, it also supports the full learning and development process from basic algorithm training to hands-on autonomous driving practice.
ROSOrin Pro supports multimodal large AI model deployment with both online and local options, and is deeply integrated with the OpenClaw agent framework. This enables a complete workflow from multi-dimensional perception to physical execution, turning it into an AI assistant capable of independent thinking. It can autonomously perform complex remote tasks, including natural interaction control, 3D intelligent sorting, and SLAM-based mapping, navigation, and transport. TOF LiDAR & Mapping Navigation
ROSOrin Pro is equipped with a high-precision TOF LiDAR. By fusing encoder and IMU data, it perceives the surrounding environment in real time and supports multiple mapping algorithms to meet navigation needs in complex scenarios.
3D Depth Camera
The 3D depth camera supports YOLO26 object detection, human pose estimation, KCF object tracking, line following, and face tracking.
COIN-D6 LiDAR
ROSOrin Pro is equipped with a LiDAR for obstacle avoidance, target following, fixed-point and multi-point navigation, as well as OpenClaw path planning and global task navigation.
AI Voice Interaction Module
Equipped with an AI voice interaction module, it supports custom wake words and command words, online and offline voice interaction, and OpenClaw-based fuzzy intent inference and completion.
Intelligent Bus Servos
The robotic arm is equipped with six intelligent bus servos that support feedback on position, status, and more. Featuring metal gears, they can grip objects up to 400g, deliver ±2 mm repeatability, and offer a long service life.
