1. Free Shipping Policy
Hiwonder offers free standard shipping on orders over US $499 (before tax and duties), delivered via trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
Most orders arrive within 6 working days after dispatch. You can check if your country is eligible for free shipping in the regions listed below.

- Europe: Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Slovenia, Romania, Denmark, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Hungary, Ireland, Estonia, Lithuania
- Asia: China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
If your country or region is not listed above, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
2. Customs & Import Fees
All international shipments are subject to local customs regulations. Import duties, taxes, or other fees may be charged by your country’s customs authority upon arrival.
Our shipping term is FOB Shenzhen, which means these fees, if any, are the customer’s responsibility. The shipping carriers will assist with the customs clearance process to ensure smooth delivery.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties, any related return or reshipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after placement and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Shipment Carriers
Our current primary shipping carriers mainly are FedEx, UPS, DHL and special lines.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.
6. Refused Shipments
If you refuse the package to have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
7. Delivery and Inspection
As our robots are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. In case you are not at home during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the courier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you are available to receive the package successfully.
Once you (or someone else on your behalf) collect the item, HIwonder will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video. If you notice any damage to the packaging, items are missing or damaged, please contact Hiwonder Support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
8. FAQ
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your shipping carrier for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please contact our Support team within 3 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier for more information on the status of your order. If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please contact our Customer Support team.
My order tracking hasn't been updated for many days?
We're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you. If the tracking wasn't updated for more than 3 days, please contact our Support team or shipping carrier directly for further help.
Will my package be charged delivery/customs fees?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
