2. Customs & Import Fees
All international shipments are subject to local customs regulations. Import duties, taxes, or other fees may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival.
Our shipping term is FOB Shenzhen, which means these fees, if any, are the customer's responsibility. The shipping carriers will assist with the customs clearance process to ensure smooth delivery.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties, any related return or reshipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after placement and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
The mechanicals of this base are fairly robust, but it takes quite a while to assemble the kit (around 2 hours). Note that the gripper is a little more sturdy if you use a leftover M3*25 screw on the passive finger, and you'll probably want a higher capacity battery if you do a lot of debugging. By contrast, I really dislike the BBC Microbit system -- it feels needlessly crippled and the Bluetooth is very finicky. Also note that the only stable mode of the MakeCode programming tool is the clunky "Blocks" interface, and the documentation provided by Microbit on the various functions is extremely shallow.
While this package is best suited for short simple programs, I WAS able to write a fairly fancy remote PC interface to Qtruck via Bluetooth (search GitHub for jconnell11/Baijiu to see the code).
Qtruck and its service are outstanding. The abundant tutorials and programs provided have greatly assisted our project.
This kit is one quality kit. Our 10 year old grandson has built it with a bit of guidance... Following the steps/directions. Both worked flawlessly.
There was no missing anything in the kit. Parts were packaged in an above quality care!
I recently received the Qtruck robot car and found the instructions to be detailed and enjoyable to follow. The app provides excellent control, and the graphical programming is easy to learn. The car's obstacle avoidance function works accurately.
