I want to be able to communicate with the robot via bluetooth. Is this an option? Also do the effectors send snesorimotor data? In other words if a leg is activated, but cannot complete movement or requires more energy for movement - is data available to be polled from the device for same?

Yes. SpiderPi Pro uses Raspberry Pi 5, which has built-in Bluetooth, so Bluetooth communication is supported.
The robot can provide servo feedback data, including current position, input voltage, internal temperature, and servo ID.
For motion issues, you can detect incomplete movement by comparing the target position and actual position feedback. However, the system cannot directly identify whether the cause is an obstacle, excessive load, mechanical interference, or servo failure.
The current feedback does not directly measure power consumption. Voltage and temperature data can only be used as indirect references.
