Product Description
The HTS-30HM is a high-performance magnetic encoder bus servo. Driven by a premium motor with built-in PID and trapezoidal acceleration/deceleration algorithms, it delivers a robust 30kg·cm torque alongside silky-smooth 360° rotation and precise positioning. For maximum reliability, it provides real-time feedback on temperature, voltage, and position, while integrating comprehensive anti-stall, over-temperature, overload, and over-voltage protections.
360° Magnetic Encoder Feedback
HST-30HM servo adopts an advanced 360° magnetic encoder feedback design with a built-in 12-bit high-precision magnetic angle sensor. It provides real-time, accurate detection of rotation angle and speed, reducing control signal errors. This enables robots to perform more refined actions with fluid and natural movement.
Acceleration Start/Stop
The built-in trapezoidal acceleration/deceleration control algorithm allows customizable speed and acceleration, ensuring powerful output, reducing impact to extend servo lifespan, and ensuring smoother joint movement.
Three Operating Modes
Mode 1: Servo Mode – Supports 360° absolute angle control with acceleration capabilities.
Mode 2: Speed Closed-Loop Motor Mode – Automatically compensates for load changes, ensuring stable and constant speed.
Mode 3: Speed Open-Loop Motor Mode – Speed decreases with load changes, suitable for applications without speed feedback.
Three Stopping Modes
Hold torque mode maintains output torque when powered on, release torque mode disengages it automatically when power is off, and damping mode smoothly releases torque for braking. Modes can be switched flexibly to suit various applications.
Real-Time Parameter Feedback
This bus servo provides real-time temperature, voltage, and position feedback, allowing for internal data monitoring and preventing unexpected shutdowns.

Its 12-bit magnetic encoder enables full 360° rotation, quadrupling traditional potentiometer resolution to achieve 4095 absolute position accuracy and 0.088° peak resolution.

The all-metal gears enhance wear resistance and lifespan, extending the servo’s overall durability.
One-Click Calibration
Install at any 360° angle. With 40 address inputs, simply press a button to calibrate the current position to the central position.
Multiple Protection Mechanisms
The servo integrates multiple protections, including stall, overheat, overload, overvoltage, and overcurrent, ensuring long-term, stable operation.
Angle Feedback
The servo provides angle feedback, allowing quick reading of the servo’s angle for precise joint positioning in robotic systems.
Multi-Turn Precise Control
Up to 7 turns of absolute position control and feedback. After power loss, the turn count is cleared and only the absolute position feedback is retained.
