They also provided an excellent delivery service by DHL,
Although i was disappointed to find out this went through customs Which cost me nearly 50quid to release this,
And as always customs did another bad job checking then re packaging my parcell which is shamefull of the customs department.

This robot is awesome. There was an issue with the order, we didn't receive any cables to attach the sensors but HiWonder support was great and they posted them to us. We are having fun experimenting with this robot.

Android APK issue, incomplete Raspberry Pi installation, and HiWonder support is not working.

"From a hardware perspective, the robot is amazing, but the incomplete Raspberry Pi setup is a real downside. You can't just test the features right out of the box. You have to go through a tedious installation process, which isn't a pleasant experience when you're just getting started.

The Android app is also broken—only one option works, while on iPhone, it works fine. HiWonder really needs to work on the software stability and 'out-of-the-box' readiness.

Another problem is the battery life. The hardware build is great, but the battery lasts less than an hour. That's not enough for proper testing and it barely makes it through a single class period."
