Please tell us your order number and share with product pictures or video when you send us email. This could better help us figure out the solution and solve the problems more precisely.
NOTE
Our customer service will provide you with solution for any technical problem, as well as the product replacement or refund.Please noted that we do not offer warranty service to products damaged by customer.
Refund / Return Policy
We ensure our products work normally before delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to return your order for a refund or exchange it for other product within 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box/packaging.
NOTE
- The return shipping cost on exchanges or returns should be paid by your party and we will reimburse this cost based on the verification of a faulty product.

If the return reason/result has nothing to do with the product quality, all of the return fee ( such as shipping cost, import tax in Shenzhen, handling cost and etc.) should be paid by your side.

Exceptions - Some of our products come with battery and motor. If DHL is not available to your country, we will change DHL to UPS, Fedex, or special line. This depends on your country. If shipping method being changed, we will notify you by email.

After your package being sent out, you can get your tracking number on our website. We will also send you the tracking number and the tracking link via email.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Our term is FOB Shenzhen which doesn’t include custom fee. You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.
Combined Shipping
We could help combine shipping of multiple orders, please choose combined shipping method in the latest order and notify us in the comment of all orders that you want to combine.
Insurance
We do not offer insurance which covers you in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged by the postal services.
Reception
With standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can't be held liable for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
Shipping Address
We will ship to the shipping address that you provided, please notify us any address change before your order status being “ Fulfilled”.
Remote Area
If the shipping address that you provided belongs to remote region, we will contact with you by email about the extra cost of freight.
