This is my first robotic arm I have bought, and my experience with it has been great.
I definitely would buy another one.
I found the 3 you tube video tutorials of how to put the arm together were excellent, well shown and talked through in easy steps, very detailed and easy to understand.
Connecting the arm to my PC through the supplied USB cable was easy, and after downloading the software, I was up and running, moving the arm within seconds.
Remember to first connect a power supply first, as well as the USB cable.
I used my 7.4VDC 1050mAh LiPo battery.
I did have a couple of queries, which were solved very quickly, thanks to excellent after sales service.

Pretty good arm, but none of the screws were labeled, and the motor variables just come up as "null" and it beeps every time I try to do mouse or controller mode.
xArm 1S was my first robotic arm from Hiwonder. Actually I had already experienced robotic arm before, but i got better experience here. Its appearance composed of metal brackets is definitely attractive and supper cool. Several control methods make me operate the robotic arm at any time. I tried to play it with my kids, and it did work. I could tell him how to use PS2 handle and mobile app to do some simple operations. Also, i used it with the provided PC software in tutorial. Each product is provided the detailed tutorial to save much of time. I created many “action groups” to perform different actions. I also did some secondary development to create more DIY projects. Due to the powerful servo, it can complete more actions.
Can you give the tutorial video so that i can assemble
I like the “xArm 1S” very much and feel that it is very small and easy to handle. It is also helpful that it is programmable.
