Crafted from aluminum alloy with a low deformation coefficient, the integrated base is manufactured using aluminum extrusion technology to augment both heat dissipation area and thermal conductivity. Its surface undergoes anodic oxidation treatment to enhance hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and insulation properties.
High-Quality Silicone Thermal Pad
Crafted from high-quality thermal conductive silicone material, it boasts a higher heat transfer efficiency compared to standard thermal conductive silicone.
Efficient Airflow Cooling
Air enters from the top and exits from the side. Hot air efficiently flows from the aluminum alloy base to the heat sink, ensuring effective air circulation.
Installation Diagram
Linked to the Raspberry Pi 5 through two mounting holes, the PWM variable-speed fan connects to the four-pin JST connector.
